    3CCD there is a sensor chip for each of the three colours, red green/green blue making a 4 point light pickup although CCDs are more power hungry than CMOS they do give a better image overall.

    man, i am loocking for a cam with audio input. I liked this one but any page solves my doubt. I need a cam cith audio input and the piece to set the light spot. I see this cam doesn´t have this peace but what about the input? Thanks!!

    Flash is just as easy, if not easier, than MiniDV. I guess it depends on the edit SW used though!

    Personally I prefer flash based camcorders, I find it nice and easy to remove the media and use it directly with the PC.
